Leon Silva was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, and began playing the saxophone at the age of eight. After many musical accomplishments in high school, he earned a scholarship to Berklee College of Music, where he was able to study under such greats as Bill Pierce, Frank Tiberi, Dino Govoni, Shannon LeClaire, and many others. He received his B.A. in music education before eventually relocating to Los Angeles. You would've had to be hiding under a rock not to have heard Leon grace your ears on the hit single "Problem" by Ariana Grande. Fortunately Leon has let his talent shine and has caught the eye of many. Leon has played on countless recordings, performances, and TV appearances, and has been fortunate enough to work with many of the industry’s elite, such as Andra Day, Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande, Aloe Blacc, Mary J. Blidge, Jill Scott, Coldplay, Justin Timberlake, and Michael Jackson. There is no mistaking the undeyniable talent that lies within his soul.
